Allure Luxury Villas is an exquisite complex of 4 secluded three-bedroom villas, each with a private infinity pool and breathtaking sea views, offering you the ultimate tranquility and relaxation. Constructed with local materials in the traditional Skiathos style, the villas feature thick stone walls that exude authenticity.
Step inside these comfortable and stylish 3-bedroom villas, where modern kitchens and bathrooms grace each bedroom. Sink into comfortable mattresses and enjoy the contemporary furnishings, creating a peaceful environment that highlights the beauty of the expansive blue sea, visible through the wide panoramic windows. Every bedroom in these villas is equipped with a flat-screen TV, ensuring your entertainment needs are met.
Allure Luxury Villas are spread across three levels, showcasing exceptional interior design that sets a unique atmosphere. Each villa can accommodate 6-8 persons, making it perfect for both small and larger groups of families and friends.
On the ground floor, you'll find an open space living area with a comfortable sofa bed, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Glass doors lead to a large covered balcony with a stunning sea view, ideal for open-air dining. Adjacent to the private infinity swimming pool, a spacious open terrace awaits, providing the perfect spot for relaxation.
Descending to the lower floor, you'll discover two bedrooms with king-size beds (which can be converted into twin beds), each with its own bathroom and fitted wardrobe. The upper floor reveals a gallery room with a double bed, a private bathroom, and a large glass window that embraces the beauty of the natural surroundings.
The outdoor areas of Allure Luxury Villas offer a marvelous private garden on the ground floor. Each villa features its own dining and barbecue area, accompanied by a private infinity pool with a deck terrace. Complete with a poolside sitting area, sunbeds, and parasols, you'll have everything you need to unwind and soak up the sun.

After a long active day at the beaches of Skiathos, you will get to experience the warm embrace that is our bedrooms. All suited with their own private bathroom. Gone are the days of waiting for showering after the beach. Now everyone can shower at the same time. And after your shower, you will get to sleep on the clouds that are our mattresses. Not too firm, not too soft. Perfect for any.

Tired of going to the beach? You just want to drink some Mimosas at home and relax with your friends and family? Well, just for those people that want to enjoy a quiet day at their private villa we’ve built amazing 8 -by-4 meter infinity pools overlooking the sea. All equipped with sunbeds, everyday fresh towels and, an outside shower area where you can wash off before taking a nap under the shade of the poolside umbrellas.
This amazing pool makes usthe best property with infinity pools in all of the sporades islands. Naturally, in Skiathos as well.

Skiathos being an island, as you would expect, it gets humid near the sea in the summer, but because Allure villas are located 300 meters above sea level, as you drive home to your villa you feel the air getting lighter and easier with every turn. When you get home after a long day, you’ll fall in love with the nighttime feel of the villas. Imagine a constant light summer breeze with fresh smells of herbs and pine trees all around you. Birds chirping. If you get really quiet, you can hear the waves of the sea, way out in the far distance. Perfect for unwinding and re-centering.
